As a regular customer, I appreciate the welcome that I receive on arrival. I find the rooms are always clean and welcoming (chocolates are a nice and appreciated touch. A point of difference from other hotels). Staff re helpful, have local knowledge enabling them to direct guests to restaurants, pharmacies etc. On my last visit I had a colleague with me who was staying for the first time and they commented on their appreciation of the warm and friendly atmosphere that the hotel had. The environment and staff contributing to this. The only comment I would have around suggestions for improvement would be the menu. As a frequent diner it would be nice to see some menu changes every once in a while. With a tendency to prefer salmon or chicken it would be appreciated if the presentation was a little more varied.

I enjoyed the stay and the room was very comfortable. The in room breakfast however needs to be improved. I have stayed a few times and do not find the breakfast menu very appealing. The fruit is not always fresh and the cost of the side at $8 is expensive.
