Chris

had a good experience at check in and out - prompt hassle free service with a smile. Liked my room - thought it was spacious, quiet and had all the 'extra's I could want. Certainly would consider staying for longer stays in a room/hotel like this. I did order my breakfast to my room - was delivered on time but I had asked for Salmon in my omlette - however I didn't receive any as it was explained to me that it didn't arrive at the hotel until 8.30am. A little disappointing - wish I hadn't been offered it on the menu if it wasn't available.

Hi - check in services always awesome - use of names, promptness - concierge greeting - great team; as is the standard of cleanliness and presentation in the rooms. Really appreciate the Priority card discounts and in room delighters!. Ivan in the restaurant always, always delivers a responsive service that I need when working late and running into the restaurant near closing time. If you wanted areas for focus - it does seem you have a lot of new bar and wait staff (need help using till) who could possibly benefit from some bar service and drink training (mixology or wine). When they work the tables area with clearing and offers of water, drinks etc. they are helpful and try to anticipate needs. Really been enjoying my last few stays. Thanks to all
